About Us
The Karnali Provincial Office, located in Surkhet, is one of the seven provincial offices under the Distribution and Consumer Services Directorate (DCSD) of NEA. It manages electricity distribution across 10 districts of Karnali Province. The office supervises 10 Distribution Centers, overseeing the operation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of the electricity distribution network, as well as consumer services including new connections, meter reading, billing, and revenue collection.
